3 Day Silent Retreat ~ May 18 - 20
Our May Silent Retreat arrives at an incredibly beautiful time of year. More flowers are blooming each day and the warming earth says, "Yes!" beneath every step that thanks the ground. We gather together with new and old friends to navigate through the challenges of silent practice, and we all benefit so, so deeply. Experience shows us that these retreats are true health care, and they support us to live as we wish to be in more of our everyday lives.
You'll experience meditation (both sitting and walking), yoga asana, Breema: The Art of Being Present, playfulness, delicious and vital vegetarian meals, time in nature and more... Some classes will be held outside weather-permitting, and free time is included to enjoy the property. Dave and Alana Pratt will lead the retreat, and they ask that you read all of the details below if you are interested in attending. The itinerary is also posted at the bottom of this page.

Overnight Lodging:
1.) Some participants can be lodged at True Nature. Lodging onsite is offered first-come, first-serve and includes our rustic cabin by the pond, bedrooms in the house and camping.
2. ) For those who prefer to stay offsite, the rate for this retreat is $275, plus tax. There are numerous inns, bed and breakfasts and cabins very nearby to True Nature. We suggest Hotel Millersburg, Zincks, The Barn Inn, Tranquil Acres, Ferngully Creek Cabins, Cricket Hill Cabins, Mrs. Miller's Cabins and the Comfort Inn.
